Cooking Instructions
For a delicious treat, our frozen dim sims may be steamed or deep fried. If you prefer to defrost our dim sims, please thaw in the refrigerator (no longer than 24 hours) before cooking.
For best results do not overcrowd or overcook, and keep an eye on them during preparation.
Steam
Place thawed dim sims in a steamer containing boiling water. Heat for 12-16 minutes. If cooking frozen product, steam for 16-22 minutes.
Deep Fried
Fry thawed dim sims for 5-8 minutes at 170°C until golden brown. Serve while hot.
Microwave
Place frozen dim sims in a microwave-safe container with 1 teaspoon of water per dim sim. Cover and cook on high for approximately 2-5 minutes or until hot.
